1.Sound card driver
1).Windows prompts that the hardware drivers are not found
Such failures are generally due to unsuccessful driver installation or some sound driver is running in CONFIG.SYS, automatic batch, AUTOEXEC.BAT or DOSSTART.BAT files. In this cases, delete the driver program file. Of course you can also delete the above mentioned three documents. If nothing on these files but driver program still can not be installed properly, edit the registration form. Click “begin” menu and “run”, type "regedit" in the dialog box and enter, find and delete the registration form related to sound card(for example sound card ALS300, click and choose “edit” and “find”, input ALS300 and then find the byte to delete)

There is another easier way-insert the sound card into another card slot to re-find the new device, loading the driver and the issue will be gone. Even though it’s easier than the first one, we should still stick to software first hardware second principle.
2.Graphics driver

Sometimes, we couldn’t get the graphics driver successfully installed. When we reinstall the operating system, we may find that there is a yellow question mark before VGA (video controller) in other devices in device manager and this is due to the miss of VGA driver installation. Therefore, find the card model, download and install the correct driver.

If the motherboard and graphics card is integrated and you do not know the model of integrated graphics., you can use an automatic driver update software to help you find the right driver for it. Usually they can get the driver you need correctly in minutes.
3.Motherboard driver
The lost, damage or repeat installation of motherboard driver can cause operating system boot failure or instability issue, we can fix these issues by opening Control Panel - System - Device Manager to check whether there is yellow exclamation mark or question mark in System devices. If there are, delete the marked items (operate in safe mode), reinstall the attached motherboard driver and restart the computer. For example, motherboard with Intel chipset should install Intel drivers for motherboard (Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility), that with VIA chipset should install 4 In 1 driver for better stability and compatibility.
